Record Correction Form

Instructions For Candidates:

If your Application Status is "Record Not Found" or if you find any information missing or incorrect, please fill out the Record Correction Form available on our website. Attach relevant documents, such as your CNIC and any other supporting evidence, to ensure accurate processing.
Carefully review your Name, Father’s Name, Domicile, and Application Status for each post. Any discrepancies in these details may affect your eligibility for the positions.
If you notice any errors or need changes, submit a correction request through the Record Correction Form by 28-08-2024. Be sure to attach the necessary documentary proof to support your request.
All corrections must be supported by appropriate documentation, such as CNIC copies, domicile certificates, or other relevant documents. Without these, your correction request may not be processed.
Note that only corrections submitted via the Record Correction Form on our official ETS website will be accepted. Corrections or updates sent via phone calls or emails will not be entertained.
This is your final opportunity to correct or update your application details. After the deadline, Elite Testing Service (ETS) will not be responsible for any remaining discrepancies.
All submitted corrections will be forwarded to the University of Lakki Marwat for final verification and decision on eligibility.
